GENERAL TIMETABLE OF WORK
The relevance of the problem-- At present, Russia, which has a barbed, with the best hydrocarbon shelf, has virtually no sea oil. Miningwhile the world ' s share of sea ti and gas reaches 40 per cent of total production.
About 90 per cent of Russia ' s continental shelf area is oil-proof. The Russian Seas ' hydrocarbon reserves are estimated to be 13, 6 billion tons for oil and cons and for gas at 52, 3 trillion m. The Arctic has a special role to play in 1999 with a concentration of up to 70 per cent of Russia ' s total resources.
The development of marine deposits requires the construction of an extensive pipeline network, including oil and gas collection systems, the reburial of liquids in oil and gasoline plates, the transport of raw materials from the deposit boxes to shore facilities, in complex hydrometeorological terrains.
The complexity of the conditions for construction in the Arctic determines the need to find new technologies for the construction of sea pipelines.
