Mineral Exploration

These requirements have been developed by the GCC of the USSR with the participation of Mingyoo USSR, Mingueo RSFSR, Minchrometa of the USSR, Minghazprom, Minnefteprom, Minugleprom of the USSR, MSSR, Minstralms of the USSR, Ministry of Approval and Ghostechnor of the USSR.

The requirements reflect the provisions of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics ' legislation on the subsoil and other legislation on the management of the subsoil and the environment, the classifications of deposits and projections of solid mineral resources, oil and fuel gas, and the operational reserves of groundwater. The requirements take into account national intelligence and evaluation experience mineral deposits and the integrated use of minerals.

Requirements are mandatory for all enterprises and organizations engaged in exploration, design and construction of mineral extraction and processing facilities, and development of deposits, irrespective of their subordination.
